台灣的森林、山坡地、平原與海岸佔國土面積的 七成,幾乎所有的自然碳匯都來自農業部門。雖然農業碳排放量僅佔全國總量的 2.2%,但它擁有轉化為「真匯」(增加碳匯)的巨大潛力。透過土攘管理或肥料改良,農業不僅能協助國家達成淨零,更能為農民創造額外收入。

淨零四大主軸:由下而上的行動策略 農業部推動淨零有四大核心面向:減量、增匯、循環、綠色趨勢。這些主軸是自 2021 年起由下而上彙整而成,旨在大幅降低化石能源使用,並將農業資源轉化為綠能與再生資產。

雖然目前農業循環資產仍面臨前端收集與運輸成本較高的挑戰,但陳教授強調,一旦實現商業化並結合碳匯計算,這將成為一個具備極高潛力的永續產業。
